Oily Wastewater Treatment

Most of the oilfields are exploring the method of recycling the sewage to use for steam injection boilers. However, the technical solution can only has 60% recovery of the waste water, the remaining 40% of the sewage is very hard to recycle with very high salt content and a very high hardness, and the treatment processing cost is very high. So these part wastewater has to be refilled back to underground, but this method is limited by some unfavorable factors, such as ground absorption capacity, short life of recharge wells, high maintenance costs, and large potential safety hazards.

According to the characteristics of the oily sewage water with high oil content, complex composition, high salinity, high suspended solids , high hardness, and high water temperature in oil field . After extensive research and trial test, we made a set of treatment system with characteristics of environmental protection, safety, energy saving, and high economic benefits, which can ultimately realize the oily sewage zero discharge, resource utilization, and efficient use of the produced water from the oil field, and will have no pollution to the environment. It will not only solve the environmental problems caused by the sewage discharge, but also in practical applications, it can provide high-quality desalination products water after being hardened and deoxidized, which can be fed directly into the boiler, increasing the steam quality of the boiler by 15-20% to over 80%; or through refined salt removal and deaeration to increase the steam quality to over 95%.
